  • Preparation and administration of ground rent and service charge demands

  • Preparation of annual service charge budgets

  • Scheduled inspections to common parts

  • Health and Safety full assessment, reporting and maintenance services to include interior and exterior of the property and outbuildings including fire risk assessment, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and policy

  • Advice on compliance with relevant leasehold obligations

  • Maintenance of adequate insurance policies

  • Advice on compliance with any statutory obligations, including notices

  • Attendance of AGMs and Director meetings as required
